Your first session with RT Total Fitness is completely free with a 30-minute consultation designed to get to know you and set the foundation for your fitness journey.
During this session, we’ll go through:
- Your current health and wellbeing goals
- Any past or present injuries
- Lifestyle factors that may affect your training
- What motivates you and what challenges you face
This is all about creating a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to go. From there, I’ll build a tailored training program designed specifically for you—no cookie-cutter workouts, just a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
