Group training at RT Total Fitness is all about community. You’ll train in small, supportive groups where everyone is working toward their own goals but moving forward together. Sessions are designed so you’re always challenged at your own level, while the energy of the group pushes you higher.
At the field, you’ll have access to equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls and battle ropes. Combined with bodyweight movements, this variety keeps things exciting and effective. Training in a group builds accountability, helps you stay consistent, and adds fun to every session.
