WHat to expect at our boot camps
Sometimes you need to shake things up and push hard that’s where boot camps come in. These outdoor, high-energy sessions are designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mindset. Using bodyweight drills, cardio bursts, and functional movements, each session pushes you beyond your comfort zone for maximum results.
Boot camps also make use of portable equipment like kettlebells, dumbells, battle ropes, and slam balls to add intensity and variety. It’s tough, but it’s also fun and rewarding.
